CASTILLO

The variety is a variety Castillo® composed of short stature , slightly higher than Caturra , long branches, large , vigorous leaves, large grain , excellent cup quality , superior to that of the Caturra variety resistant to coffee rust production.

CATURRA ROJO


This variety is a mutation of Bourbon in Minas Gerais in Brazil. It is a low-growing plant ( 8-10 ), thick trunk and soon branched and inflexible. It has very short internodes on branches and stems which make it a high producer . Its leaves are large, wavy edge , broad, rounded , thick and dark green . New leaves are light green . It is a shrub with a compact overall appearance and great vigor . The lateral branches form a tight angle with the trunk .

   

MARAGOGIPE

Known as elephant bean , grain variety is up to 4 times larger than a traditional grain, spontaneous mutant discovered in Brazil , which was spoken first seen in the northeastern state of Bahia, near the town of Maragogipe . Its characteristics give a sample taste of herbs and spices , accompanied by a pleasant bitterness.
